Kashi Go Peanut Butter Crunch Cereal

Cereal is known to be a more sugary unhealthy breakfast. But there are still some cereal brands that make a tasty good for you cereal that is a healthy option for breakfast. Kashi Go is a hearty cereal that is filled with tons of protein. The flavor that I chose, is the peanut butter crunch flavor, it has 10 grams of protein, and is slightly sweet and delicious. It is not loaded with sugar, it is instead sweetened with brown rice syrup. This cereal has a delicious crunch to it, it kind of reminds me of honey smacks cereal with the puffed rice cereal. It gets its crunch from the peanut clusters added to the cereal. This is definitely one of my favorite cereals because it both tastes good and I can feel good about eating it.

Kashi Go is one of the healthier cereal brands, because it is loaded with tons of protein. It also has 13 grams of whole grains, and 6 grams of fiber. There are about 230 calories per serving, and that is without milk added. The brand also has other flavors, like chocolate crunch, honey almond crunch, toasted berry crisp, and cinnamon crisp. But I love the peanut butter flavor with this cereal, and it has a higher protein count. Because this cereal is plant-based, you can serve it with almond or soy milk to make it completely vegan friendly. I will definitely add this cereal as a regular for breakfasts.
